Terms and Conditions:
- Offer is applicable at British Council offices and at British Council’s official registration centres in Vietnam
- The British Council will consolidate the first 50 registrants list everyday and inform winners one day after via the telephone number and email address provided by the winners to the British Council. Note: If test takers register on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, British Council will inform the lucky winners via email on the following Monday at latest. The British Council office in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city will be closed from 25 December 2018 to 01 January 2019 inclusive for the Chritsmas and New Year holidays, therefore email notification for winners selected from registrants during the period from 24 December 2018 to 01 January 2019 will be sent when we resume on Wednesday, 02 January 2019. As for winners who selected to collect vouchers at the British Council's offices, please also collect on 02 January 2019 onwards.
- Within one month after the announcement, if the British Council and gift delivery department are unable to contact the winners, the British Council reserves the right to return the gift offers for other campaigns and activities
- Offer is only applicable for test takers who register and complete their payment during the promotional period.
- Offer is applicable to all test takers of regular IELTS and IELTS UKVI, IELTS Life skills, IELTS Academic and IELTS General training Module.
- Offer is applicable to all test takers of both IELTS on paper and IELTS on computer.
- The British Council reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the test takers and the test takers agree to be bound by those changes.
- In case of disputes, the decision of the British Council shall be final and conclusive.
- The British Council shall not be liable for any claims by the test takers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this promotion.
